End of the year Teacher In-Service (Preparing for next school year)
This year in third grade we learned cursive, multiplication, states and capitals and many other things but most importantly on the very last day of school the biggest lesson may have been respect of the flag! Thank you Mr. Brown and Mrs. Fischer for taking the time with these kids to show them how to properly fold the flag at the end of the day! Pictured is Victor Alvarez-Santos, Cruz VanPatten, Alan Brown, and Cindy Fischer.
The middle school students were honored to plant a Cleveland Pear Tree in front of the school today, in memory of Mrs. Hollie Kendall. The tree was donated to the school as a memorial by her dear family friends, Edward (Skip), Lennette and Brandi Hauver. The students and staff are so proud of the new tree and we can't wait to see it bloom in her memory next spring. Thank you to Carolyn and Dustin for delivering the tree.

First off, I want to say how proud of the WHOLE forensics team this year. We had a young team with SO much talent! Thank you to my Senior, Aidan, we will miss you. Kai, Shaylee, Angel, Caden, Haley, Wendy, and Landry, great season!
We went to state on May 7th. Kai Cox and Aidan Hammond took on IDA. These two have absolutely been amazing the past 3 years, their team did not make semi finals, but they have shown they can act on the spot and be great and good role models for kids coming up. Great job boys. I’m beyond proud of your accomplishments.
Kai took a serious solo to state. He grew with this piece. He came out as the 1A State Championship runner up!!! Great job! What a way to end the season!
